UVC-02: The other party in the conference can’t hear my audio or music.
If the other party in the conference can’t hear the audio input signal from a mic connected to the UVC-02, or if they can’t hear the audio that’s playing back on the computer used for livestreaming, check the following points.
-
Settings for each knob
Raise the level on the [HDMI] , [AUX], [MIC] and [H.MIC] knobs, and check whether the indicator for each knob lights up when audio is input. -
[AUDIO OUT] button (if the HDMI or AUX audio isn’t heard by the other party)
To output HDMI and AUX audio, press the [AUDIO OUT] button to make it light up. -
[TALK] button (if the MIC or H.MIC audio isn’t heard by the other party)
To output audio from the mic and headset mic, press [TALK] to make it light up.
If the [TALK] button mode is set to “PUSH TO TALK” or “PUSH TO MUTE”, the audio from the mic is only outputted or muted while the [TALK] button is being pressed.
