UVC-02: The other party in the conference isn’t hearing the audio input from the HDMI IN connector or the AUX IN jack.
If the sound that’s input to the HDMI IN connector or the AUX IN jack on the UVC-02 is not heard by the other party in the conference, this might be because the noise suppression function on your software is turned on. Check the software’s noise suppression settings.
Also, check the various settings.

Use the [HDMI] knob and [AUX] knob on the UVC-02 to adjust the input level.

Connect your computer on which the UVC-02 Setup Tool is installed to the UVC-02 by using the included USB cable.
- The UVC-02 Setup Tool launches automatically.

Click the [AUDIO] tab to open the AUDIO ROUTING SETTINGS, and set the output switch of signal going “To USB OUT” for the relevant input (HDMI or AUX) to the ON position.
