UVC-02: I can’t hear the other party in the conference when listening through a pair of headphones plugged into the UVC-02.
Check the following points if you can’t hear the other party in a conference when listening through a pair of headphones connected to the UVC-02.
Software settings
For the speaker device in your software, select “AUDIO OUT (Roland UVC-02)”.
USB IN settings
Follow the steps below.

Connect your computer on which the UVC-02 Setup Tool is installed to the UVC-02 by using the included USB cable.
- The UVC-02 Setup Tool launches automatically.

Click the [SYSTEM] tab to open the SYSTEM SETTINGS, and raise the USB IN input/output slider.

Click the [AUDIO] tab to open the AUDIO ROUTING SETTINGS, and set the output switch of signal going “To MONITOR/PHONES” for USB IN to the ON position.
