AeroCaster: What types of plugs can be inserted into the MIC connectors on the VRC-01?
You can connect the following types of plugs to the MIC connectors on the VRC-01.
MIC 1, 2 connectors
The MIC 1, 2 connectors can accept either balanced or unbalanced plugs. You can use XLR (cannon-type), 1/4″ TRS phone type and 1/4″ TS phone type plugs.

PHONES/HEADSET jack
You can plug a 3.5 mm stereo mini plug into the PHONES/HEADSET jack.
- The onboard mic is disabled while a headset is connected.
