Here's how to set the date and time of the AR-3000SD's internal clock.

1. Press the [MENU] button.
2. Use the [SELECT] dial to choose “11.4 Date/Time,” then press the dial.
3. Turn the [SELECT] dial to change the value of the “HOUR” setting.
4. Pressing the [SELECT] dial sequentially selects hour, minute, second, year, month, and day.
   Pressing the [BACK] button returns the selection of hour, minute, second, year, month, or day to the previous item. Change the value of the setting selected using the [SELECT] dial.\
5. To apply the time and date settings, press the [ENTER] button.
   Pressing the [MENU] button without pressing the [ENTER] button makes a confirmation screen appear. To apply the settings, press the [ENTER] button.
   When you’re finished making the setting, the display returns to the setting item selection screen.
6. Press the [MENU] button. This ends the setting process and returns you to the usual screen.
