When uploading data into a spreadsheet, uploading information manually can be time consuming, especially when uploading content live. Using a .CSV file upload can make it easier to upload data content to your graphic without having to import information manually.

After downloading the Graphics Presenter Software, you will create your spreadsheet of names.
*Be sure to follow the CSV prompt listed under your specific graphic for your information to be uploaded properly.

After creating your spreadsheet, you will want to save the file as a .CSV.

Once saving, you will open the Graphics Presenter Software, and under your specific graphic, it will have an option for "Upload .CSV File"

Once selection your .CSV file, your information will be uploaded to your graphic data.

Using the orange arrows by each name can trigger the specific name in the .CSV file to be sent to the graphic.
