M-200i: Using Direct Outs
Direct outs can be used to send audio out of a channel direct to a destination. This is useful when sending audio to a broadcast console or M-48 personal mixers.
Note: In order for input channel's mute buttons to not mute the assigned direct outs, this will need to be disengaged in the system settings:
- Be sure that an iPad is not connected wired or wirelessly to the M-200i.
- In the top panel’s DISPLAY section, press [SETUP].
- At the SETUP screen, select “SYSTEM“ and press [ENTER].
- Select "CH-MUTE OPTION" and press [ENTER].
- Select "Mutes DIRECT OUTS" and set this to OFF.
- Press EXIT to return to the main screen.
