On the V-02HD, the default settings for turning the OUTPUT FADE are:

• Fully to the Left (Counter-Clockwise): Fade Video to Black, Fade Audio to Mute
• Fully to the Right (Clockwise): Cut Video to Still, Audio Level Unaffected

 

If you prefer to have the audio Fade to Mute when turning the knob fully to the right, change the following setting:

MENU > SYSTEM > OUTPUT FADE ASSIGN - TURN RIGHT > STILL IMAGE & AUDIO

 

Once you change the OUTPUT FADE ASSIGN setting to STILL IMAGE & AUDIO, the audio should now fade with the clockwise knob turn.
