On the V-80HD, the input/output format is determined according to the system format. You set the input/output format to match the connected equipment.

*The HDMI IN 1–4 connectors are compatible with multiple formats (when using the factory settings). You can configure a different input format for each connector, regardless of the system format. For details, refer to “Setting the input format for the HDMI IN 1–4 connectors” in the V-80HD Reference Manual.

Follow the steps below:

1. Press the [MENU] button > “System” > “System Format” > select “System Format” and press the [VALUE] knob.
   
2. Use the [VALUE] knob to select “1080p”, or “720p”, and press the [VALUE] knob.
   * A change in the setting is not applied until you press the [VALUE] knob to confirm.
3. Press the [MENU] button to quit the menu.
