The new Version 3.0 includes a new capture feature. With the release of Version 3.0 comes many new features. OUTPUT FREEZE is a new feature that allow you to capture any of the outputs and save it into any of the 4 “TARGET STILL” banks.

Here’s an example for instance, You want to capture a still image from HDMI output 1:
-Select the INPUT STATUS you want to display on OUT 1
- Hit <MENU> and use the VALUE knob to scroll down and select 16: CAPTURE IMAGE
- Press the VALUE knob down to ENTER that sub-menu
- Under CAPTURE SOURCE you can choose between outputs 1-4 (in this example choose 1)
- Select TARGET STILL NO here you want to store the capture/still (select from 1-4)
- Select CAPTURE EXECUTE and press VALUE/ ENTER
- Now press EXIT to go to the main menu and Scroll up to 1: VIDEO INPUT press VALUE/ ENTER
- Here you select the any of the INPUTS 1-8 where you want to designate the still image to be   displayed (for this example let’s use input 8)
- Scroll down to 8: INPUT-8 and press VALUE/ ENTER
- Under INPUT SELECT choose the STILL number that you stored your capture into and hit ENTER/ VALUE to set it. When it’s selected on the INPUT STATUS front panel buttons you’ll see you’re still displayed until you change it.
