When two R-44 units are connected using CTRL SYNC for synchronized recording, each unit records independently according to its Rec Mode setting.

The recording is not saved as a single 8-channel WAV file. Instead, each R-44 creates its own project and WAV files.

For example:

• If both units are set to MONOx4, each unit records four monaural WAV files.
  → Result: eight independent mono WAV files (four from each unit).
• If both units are set to 4CH, each unit records one four-channel WAV file.
  → Result: two separate 4-channel WAV files.
