When you perform a Scene Recall, you can filter what parameters will actually be recalled. Activate the Scene Memory DISP button and look at the RECALL PARAMETERS (to the right of each Scene) to see if the desired ones are checked. If any of them are not checked, they will not be recalled when that Scene is recalled. To change this, cursor up or down to highlight the scene, press F4(PARAM EDIT) and be sure that each desired parameter to be recalled has a checkmark and then press F8(OK). You can also unselect F1(RECALL FILTER).

Then press F6(GLOBAL SCOPE) and verify that all parameters you want to Recall are checked.
