First thing you will want to do is make sure you are running the latest version of the firmware for the product. Go to the product page: Roland Pro A/V - R-88 | 8-Channel Recorder and Mixer and under the Downloads tab you will find "R-88 System Update ..." Follow the directions for updating included in the download. Once the unit is fully up to date, press the MENU button on the unit, then press SYSTEM SETUP on the screen. Press the lower left "arrow down" button until you get to the 7th page of the menu and press EXECUTE under the PANEL CALIBRATION option. Now the screen will ask you to press on the [+] multiple times to calibrate. A dialogue box will flash on the screen affirming your completion of the setup. You have now calibrated the R-88 touchscreen panel.
