This setting specifies the control signal detection method (trigger mode) for binary playback. To specify this setting, use the following procedure:

1. Press the MODE button. The MODE indicator will light.

2. Rotate the SELECT dial to select “4.4 Binary Trig.”

3. Press the SELECT dial.

4. Rotate the SELECT dial to select the trigger mode (level, edge).

5. Press the ENTER button.

6. Press the SELECT dial.

7. Rotate the SELECT dial to select “SET.” If you press “EXIT” the setting will be canceled.

8. Press the ENTER button to set the binary playback trigger mode.

9. Press the MODE button. The MODE indicator will go off.
