The XS-1HD has a feature where it will power off after 240 minutes of the following:

• The XS-1HD is not operated
• Audio or video are not input
• No output device is connected

If you do not want the power to be turned off automatically, disengage the Auto Off function. Follow these steps to disengage:

1. Press the MENU button
2. Use the Cursor knob to Go to SYSTEM
3. Press ENTER
4. Use the cursor knob to navigate to the second page in the SYSTEM menu
5. Go to the setting AUTO POWER OFF
6. Use the Value knob to set it to DISABLE
7. Hit the MENU button twice to exit menu

 

• Any settings that you are in the process of editing will be lost when the power is turned off. If you have any settings that you want to keep, you should save them beforehand.
• To restore power, turn the power on again.
