Here are the steps needed to do implement a Factory Reset.

1. Go to the ROOT MENU
2. Tap SETUP in the CONTROL SURFACE section
3. Tap FACTORY RESET
4. It will Prompt you to confirm and press ENTER

Executing a factory reset will return the following settings to their factory defaults:

• “ID” settings made at the “CONTROL SURFACE SETUP Screen”
• Selection state of the buttons in the DELEGATION area
• Selection state of the TRANSITION [M/E1] and [M/E2] buttons
• Selection state of the NEXT TRANSITION [BKGD] and [COMPOSITION] buttons
• Selection state of CAMERA 1–7 made at the “REMOTE CAMERA Screen”
• Dual-monitor layouts saved to LAYOUT [1]–[4]
• “FADER CALIBRATION” settings made at the “CONTROL SURFACE SETUP Screen”
• “AUDIO MONITOR” settings made at the “CONTROL SURFACE SETUP Screen”
• “LCD” settings made at the “CONTROL SURFACE SETUP Screen”
• Selection state of the screens displayed on the dual monitors

**NOTE** The settings of the V-1200HD itself are not returned to their factory defaults. Returning the V-1200HD’s internal settings to their factory defaults requires performing the procedure directly on the V-1200HD. For details, refer to the V-1200HD Factory Reset instructions.
