VR-400UHD System Program ( Ver.1.21 )

Please update to Ver.1.10 in advance, and then update to Ver.1.21.
HOW TO KNOW THE VERSION
Before you start, check the system program version of your VR-400UHD.
- Press the [ SETUP ] button.
- Touch the Setup menu -> System tab -> " Version "
Check the System version that appears on the display.
Executing this update installs the following version. If the version you're using is older, then carry out the update.Version : 1.21

- Scene copy. Holding press [EXIT/ALT], choose source SCENE in HOME display. Then, Release [EXIT/ALT], choose destination SCENE.
- Full screen preview. Holding press [EXIT/ALT], choose Preset Preview or Program Preview.
- 1080p120Hz, 1440p120Hz was supported. Can convert to output framerate. (Add EDID)
- Audio labels are updated following to audio source assignments.

* The USB Memory need to be formatted on a VR-400UHD.
CAUTION WHEN PERFORMING THE UPDATE
- Never apply this update data to any product other than the VR-400UHD. This update data may destroy the data or system program of other products.
- Never power-off your VR-400UHD while the update is in progress!
If a power failure or similar accident occurs during the update process, the VR-400UHD won’t be able to start up in normal operating mode. This will require servicing, so you will need to contact Roland service center near you if this occurs. - We regret that we are unable to answer questions regarding the update procedure using this system program. Please perform the update responsibly, following the directions given in this document.

GETTING THE UPDATE FILE
Download the file named "vr400uhd_sys_v121.zip".
The downloaded file is an archive file in ZIP format. Double-click it to expand it.
When the extraction is finished, a vr400uhd_sys_v121 folder containing the data necessary for installation will appear. A folder contains the file VR400UHD.PRG.

PROCEDURE FOR THE UPDATE
Creation and update of USB memory for Ver1.21 update.
Copy the system update file VR400UHD.PRG in the vr400uhd_sys_v121 folder to the root directory of the USB memory. After that, please execute the following [ System Update ].
[ System Update ]
- Turn VR-400UHD power OFF.
- Hold down the [ LOGO ] button and the SCENE/BANK [ 1 ] button turn on the power.
* Continue to press and hold the button until the message " Update Mode - Insert USB memory to USB HOST1. " appears on the display. - Connect USB memory to VR-400UHD's USB HOST 1 port.
- The message " Press VALUE(ENTER) to update. " appears on the display.
- Press [ VALUE ] button to start the update process.
- The message " Insert USB memory to USB HOST2. " appears on the display then detach the USB Memory from the VR-400UHD's USB HOST 1 port and connect it to USB HOST 2 port.
- The message " Press VALUE(ENTER) to update. " appears on the display.
- Press [ VALUE ] button to start the next update process.
- When the message " Completed. Please restart. " appears on the display, the update has finished.
- Detach the USB Memory from the VR-400UHD.
- Restart the VR-400UHD.
