This is the software to make your M-300 up-to-date.
How to tell the version
Please check the version of the system working on your M-300 before downloading the archive file.
- Press [SYSTEM] to invoke the system screen.
- INFORMATION at the left in the display indicates the versions of your unit.

- Delay time can be set in sample units.
- A function has been added to exclusively switch off sends to MAIN L/R or to MAIN C when sends to MAIN L/R and MAIN C are on.
- Functions that can be assigned to user buttons have been added.
- A function has been added that automatically applies the channel names on the M-300 to the track names on the R-1000 when an R-1000 48-track recorder/player is connected and the M-300 is used as a recording source.

- Rapid rotation of the MONITOR knob caused an error that displayed the message "Panel Rx Error. Buffer full" when the "Sys Ex" parameter of the "SEND" was set to "ON" in the "MIDI" tab of the "REMOTE" popup.
- Each group name for M-48 was displayed wrong when a M-48 specified as an Engineer's Monitor unit was released.

- Improved so that an alert message is displayed when the LOAD SECTION select button is not checked on the LOAD/SAVE popup.
- Added the "MAIN FADER operation select button" on the USER PREFERENCE popup.
- The settings of S-4000M cannot be changed from M-300 on unchecking the "SYSTEM SETUP" of the user level.
- The "TALKBACK DESTINATION SELECT" can be assigned to the user buttons.
- Added the [F6(PREV FADER)] and the [F7(NEXT FADER)] on the USER FADER ASSIGN popup.

How to download and expand the archive file
Download the file named "m300_sys_v1510.zip".
It is an archive file in zip format, please double click on the file to expand. After expanding the file, the folder "m300_sys_v1510" holding the file "M-300.PRG" will be appeared.

How to update
Please install the system program " M-300.PRG" to the M-300 by following the process below.
Important notice: Never turn the M-300 off during the update process, or M-300 won't reboot correctly any more.

- Put the "M-300.PRG" at the root folder of the USB memory key.
- Reboot the M-300 then insert the USB memory key to USB connector.
- Press [SYSTEM] to invoke the SYSTEM screen.
- Press [F7 (SYSTEM UPDATE)].
