V-160HD: How do I select the video that is sent to the AUX 1-3 buses?

The V-160HD System Program Ver. 3.00 adds two AUX video buses. This allows you to allocate up to three separate outputs that are independent of the final program output and is typically used when you want a specific input video to have a fixed output.

To select the video source to be sent to each AUX bus, follow the steps below.
* See the V-160HD Reference Manual for details.

Selecting the Video Sent to the AUX 1 Bus

  1. Press the [MODE] button several times to select “AUX”.
  2. Press a AUX [1]–[10] buttons to select the video that is sent to the AUX bus.

The video is switched for the output connectors to which the AUX 1 bus is assigned.
    * INPUT 1-10 are assignable, they are not fixed video inputs.
    * When selecting a video source not assigned to INPUT 1–10, you can select a specific input connector by going to [MENU] button > “VIDEO ASSIGN” > “AUX 1 SOURCE”.

Selecting the Video Sent to the AUX 2 Bus and AUX 3 Bus

  1. Press the [MODE] button several times to select “AUX”.
  2. Press and hold down the [MODE] button.

The indicator blinks green, and the panel changes to allow you to switch all 3 AUX buses.
  3. While holding down the [MODE] button, use the PGM/A [1]-[10] buttons to select the video that is sent to the AUX 2 bus, or use the PST/B [1]-[10] buttons to select the video that is sent to the AUX 3 bus.

The video is switched for the output connectors to which the AUX 2 bus and AUX 3 bus are assigned.
    * INPUT 1-10 are assignable, they are not fixed video inputs.
    * When selecting a video source not assigned to INPUT 1–10, you can select a specific input connector by going to [MENU] button > “VIDEO ASSIGN” > “AUX 2 SOURCE” or “AUX 3 SOURCE”.
