Download the file named "vr4hd_rcs_w2100.zip".
It is an archive file in zip format, please double click on the file to expand.

HOW TO INSTALL
Open the vr4hd_rcs_w2100 folder created by expanding vr4hd_rcs_w2100.zip, then inside the folder, run "Roland_VR-4HD_RCS_Installer.exe" such as by double-clicking it.
The installer starts. Follow the on-screen instructions to install.
* If a User Account Control prompt appears, click "Yes."

STARTING THE APPLICATION
From the computer's "Start" menu, select "Roland VR-4HD RCS" -> "VR-4HD RCS."
