Download the file named "v4ex_rcs_w1000.zip".
It is an archive file in zip format, please double click on the file to expand. After expanding the file, "V-4EX RCS" folder will be appeared.

HOW TO INSTALL
Copy the "V-4EX RCS" folder to the drive of your computer.
STARTING THE APPLICATION
In the "V-4EX RCS" folder, double-click "V-4EXRCS.exe".
